Research the current state of the art of vacuum grippers and their controls
Evaluate potential products and integration solutions
Design the next generation of multi-suction grippers
Evaluate concepts
Set up test facilities
Must-have Skills
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field from the second semester onwards
Conscientious and independent work style combined with a hands-on mentality to master diverse tasks
Experience with CAD, ideally SolidWorks
Skilled craftsmanship
Technical understanding and interest in robotics topics
Excellent organizational skills
Very good communication skills in German or English (ideally in both)
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with pneumatics and vacuum technology
Initial practical experience in robotics and automation
Class B driving license
CAM knowledge
Experience in controlling actuators and sensors with a microcontroller or other embedded systems
