As a Business Development and Sales Representative (m/f/d) you will play a crucial role in our sales team by working closely with the Lead Solutions Architect, the founders and the marketing team.

Main responsibilities
  • Actively participate in customer acquisition through cold calling, emails and LinkedIn
  • Support progress in the sales funnel through effective lead generation and qualification
  • Participate in the management and closing of deals
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Contributing to the definition and optimisation of the sales playbook
  • Promoting and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Analysing sales trends and market conditions and preparing reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable commercial training
  • Ideally first professional experience in sales, preferably in the technology, logistics or robotics industry
  • Experience in building a sales network is an advantage
  • Ability to understand, communicate and apply complex concepts
  • Exceptional relationship building and people skills
  • A strong passion for innovation in warehousing and logistics
  • Business fluent in German and English
