Pick Anything. See Everything.
Sereact unifies vision, reasoning, and control so your robots can see,
decide, and act in real time across many workflows.
One platform. Any robot.
One platform that learns. One interface to your operations.
You get a single vision-language-action system that sees items, understands tasks, and controls robots in one loop. No brittle bolt-ons for each workflow. You change rules with plain language. The system adapts to unseen SKUs without retraining and shares learning across robots.
Unified intelligence
One model for vision, language, and action, not stitched subsystems.
Self-learning
Zero-shot handling of unknown SKUs. Fleet learning raises performance everywhere.
Hardware-agnostic
Works with major arms, grippers, cameras, and your existing ports and conveyors.
Why we built it this way
We bias toward speed to truth. Ship, measure, improve. That operating belief shows up in the product: rapid tests on station, small changes, compounding gains.
Visual intelligence in action
Real-time 3D lets the robot choose safe, efficient grasps and trajectories in milliseconds. It handles mixed-SKU chaos, flags anomalies, and plans smooth, collision-free moves.
Loading point cloud...
What you see
We ingest synchronized 3D point clouds and RGB, compute depth maps, segment items, score grasps, and generate motion plans. You can inspect the exact grasp the robot will take and the path it will follow.
Lens adds continuous awareness
Lens watches totes, bins, and ports in real time. It detects damage, mis-slots, packaging residue, and can run final QC at goods issue with photo proof. Use the same visual layer for returns triage and small-load carrier monitoring.
See. Reason. Act.

One brain. Any robot.
Run the platform on ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, KUKA, UR, and more through standard interfaces. Use suction, parallel-jaw, needle, or hybrid grippers. The controller dynamically switches grasp strategies for optimal item handling.
Fits your stations
Goods-to-person ports, put-walls, AMR induction, goods receipt, shipping QC, and returns. The same brain orchestrates different robots doing different jobs, without redesigning your flow.

Our gripper technology
Works with any robot. Powered by adaptive gripping.
Cortex runs on the arms and storage systems you already plan to buy. It fits AutoStore ports, shuttle workstations, AMR landings and conveyor handoffs with standard interfaces to WMS and WES. Our three part suction gripper uses AI to adapt the contact area and approach to each item's shape in milliseconds. No tool change. One station keeps throughput high across mixed SKUs. When a finger, hybrid or humanoid hand is the better choice, Cortex controls that too. One AI selects the right grasp and motion for every pick and setup.
AI shape adaptation keeps utilisation high on mixed item streams.
Performance foundations
Performance comes from four things. Feed, perception, motion, and flow. Get these right and ROI follows. Miss one and you cap throughput.
Keep it fed
Your robot only works as fast as the upstream feed. We size ports and buffers so a fresh tote is always ready, batch orders to lift utilisation, and use dual presentation when it helps. If totes do not arrive on time, nothing else matters.
See it right
Good picks start with a clean point cloud and the right ID. Lens fuses depth, text, and weight checks to confirm items, then learns from misses so the next pick sticks. Fewer errors mean less rework and lower cost per pick.
Move with intent
Cortex plans grips and paths that cut dead time. We squeeze the pick to place time, avoid unnecessary tool changes, and keep the hand moving with smooth, collision free motion. Consistency beats peaks.
Flow it out
Output should never stall input. We pre stage the next tote, keep order buffers ready, and clear completed work fast so the robot never waits at put wall or pack.
Operational visibility with guardrails
Role-based access for ops, engineering, and QA.
Encrypted data in transit and at rest.
Per-pick audit logs with images and decisions for traceability.
Safe fallback behavior on network or device faults.
