Your Position

You'll find yourself growing into a leadership role, working closely with the CEO and the Founders. Your goal is to help us build up the sales playbook, adding expertise to our sales cycles and eventually taking on more responsibility in managing deals and helping us hire and train the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Define the Sales playbook
  • Drive progress across the whole sales funnel
  • Build Lead lists and prospecting (Cold calls, Emails, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities
  • Manage and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Report and analyze sales trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Influence on the product development process
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology, logistics or robotics industry
  • Preferably drove the growth and building of a sales engine
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for innovation in warehousing and logistics
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to relocate to the greater Stuttgart area
